Return, Exchange or Refund Policy
All "Shortages, Defects or Shipping Errors" must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
Otherwise any claim will be processed under "Warranty Service".
Terms of Sale
The purchaser of the sauna product or sauna parts accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation and installation. The purchaser is responsible for any installation cost. The purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller, its officers and employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liability arising from the use of this product. By purchasing this item, the purchaser agrees to these conditions of this sale and absolves the seller, its officers and employees of any and all liability regardless of its origin in the use of this product.
It is the customers responsibility to check that these products comply with their state, province and country codes.
Prices, pictures, descriptions and content on our website are subject to change without notice. Pictures are not to scale. Additional descriptive pictures of our sauna products may not have been taken of the specific model. Some are universal descriptive pictures or descriptions that serve as a reference.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders with return of payment at the discretion of Home Saunas Since 1974 without compensation.
Shipping costs are quoted on a custom basis for most destinations in Canada and the USA. We reserve the right to charge fees to cover actual shipping costs. In the event shipping costs exceed the actual fees charged, the purchaser will be notified before shipping of any extra fees. If extra shipping fees are not agreed to be charged then the order may be cancelled and all funds returned to the purchaser.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
You can return all items purchased from Home Saunas Since 1974 within 20 days from the ship date (the date it leaves our factory). Items marked "All Sales Final" are excluded.
To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days of the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crating, etc.). We must receive your item back within 30 days of the original ship date. Please allow up to 5 days from the time we receive the return to process your refund. You will be responsible for the original shipping cost to you as well as the shipping cost of the return shipment. A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns unless the wrong product was shipped by mistake. If the error was ours, we will gladly cover the costs to ship the right product to you.
Note: Product that has been installed or has been used is not returnable.
Due to the high risk of damage when shipping back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and packaging. This will help to prevent damages on the return to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a refusal of return or a restocking fee of up to 100% if the returned product is no longer usable or it has little recovery value.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to the original shipment and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns. A higher fee may be imposed if the return was not packaged properly, etc.
Used Products are non-returnable.
For refunds on purchases charged to a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
If you paid using a check, the refund will be by company check.
